Paul Weighand

Paul has over twenty years’ experience in system development, business operations and data analysis. He helped to design and implement the data and prospect management systems that underpinned the University of Edinburgh’s £350M 'Enlightenment' campaign, establishing a strong foundation for evidence-based fundraising and engagement.
Known for his clear thinking and methodical approach, Paul leads EFC’s analysis and insight work. He combines deep technical skill with strategic perspective, ensuring that complex data is translated into practical, actionable recommendations.
His consultancy clients include Imperial College London, the University of Glasgow, Cancer Research UK, Anti-Slavery International and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
