the collective

The efficient fundraising collective was founded by Alex Hyde-Parker and Paul Weighand who have spent the last twenty years working with universities, charities and grant-making trusts to build teams, systems and processes to enable effective fundraising and charitable service delivery. Paul and Alex formed the collective to ensure that all fundraising organisations can access the skills, experience and resources they need.

We provide a comprehensive range of consultancy services in fundraising strategy and operations.  We can review your processes to help you work effectively.  We can provide an improvement plan for your CRM or, if the time is right, help you to implement a new one.  We can undertake analysis of your fundraising, to answer questions about your performance and to identify future strategies, and we can work with you to identify new prospects and fundraising approaches.  We can build dashboards for reporting and to provide insight, to help make evidenced-based decisions and we can provide staff directly to keep you running.

The efficient fundraising collective is
your operations team.
