Lauren Noel

Lauren has over ten years' experience in fundraising operations and CRM management, with particular expertise in fundraising systems, reporting and insight, the stewardship of restricted and endowment funds, and operational leadership.

Her career spans the arts, culture and higher education sectors, including the Royal Northern College of Music and Manchester Collective. Most recently she was 'Senior Philanthropy and Alumni Operations Manager in the University of Salford's Philanthropy and Alumni team.

Having worked mainly in small and medium-sized development and alumni offices, Lauren understands the pressures of limited resources. She is passionate about helping teams punch above their weight through better use of data, effective processes and practical, people-focused solutions.
