Em Sequeira

Em has experience in leading and establishing new prospect research functions at large charitable organisations, including the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation and the University of York. Her freelance work includes research at the British Red Cross and Pyro.Solutions.

Em has grown pipelines for individual, corporate and trust and foundation fundraising teams at these organisations, working with large high value fundraising teams deliver excellent and dynamic prospect research for these teams.

In addition, her organisational process creation and improvement is varied across gift acceptance, due diligence and campaign planning. She has been a speaker at both the RiF and CASE Development Services conferences on her achievements in these organisations.

In her free time, Em is a Trustee of a grant making charitable trust, the Brian Murtagh Charitable Trust and is a qualified Skipper.
