Alex Hyde-Parker

Alex has over twenty-five years’ experience in non-profit and education management, with extensive senior fundraising operations expertise gained at the Universities of Edinburgh and Manchester.

He specialises in building high-performing teams and designing the systems, processes and information frameworks that enable organisations to grow. His work combines clear thinking, strategic insight with practical implementation, helping clients turn data into clear, actionable decision-making.

As a consultant, Alex has worked with a wide range of organisations including the University of Oxford, Manchester NHS Foundation Trust Charity, National Museums Scotland, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and the Royal Northern College of Music.

From 2017 to 2025, Alex served as a trustee of Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, including two years as Chair of the Board of Trustees.
