Following a change in leadership at the University of Bath Development Office, EFC was engaged to undertake a comprehensive review of all stewardship processes, approaches, staff and systems. We worked closely with the team over a number of months, producing a new framework for stewardship, with detailed recommendations about how to move to the new system.
