A change in leadership with campaigns in progress can be challenging. When Corpus Christi faced this situation it asked EFC to undertake a systematic review of fundraising activity and performance over the long-term. We identified previously unseen trends and behaviours to inform new fundraising approaches and strategies.

We supported this with a review of prospects to facilitate improved pipeline management going forward. EFC identified new prospects to refresh pools and provide new opportunities for the team.
