The established team at Magdalen College School had an unexpected staff shortage at a busy time and required urgent assistance to complete their regular financial processes.

EFC stepped in and provided experienced staff cover to ensure all gifts were processed quickly and efficiently and that thank you letters and stewardship was taken forward on a timely basis.

While undertaking the work, we reviewed the key processes to ensure that they were effective and, where change was required, we delivered new user guides, training and support to ensure the team were able to continue with the new, leaner processes after we completed our engagement.
