In a small team a temporary absence in a key position can become problematic. When the long-standing Head of Operations went on maternity leave, EFC provided cover to lead the operations team and deliver paperless direct debits, a Power BI reporting framework and a review of campaign forecasts. We mentored team members and ensured stability and success.
