The University of Glasgow has a large and mature development office and, like many, had changed processes during the Covid-19 pandemic to meet the logistical and donor needs.

As the team settled into a new working practice, EFC was engaged to undertake a comprehensive review of gift acknowledgement, from payments, receipting, donor stewardship and data management. Our report and recommendations enabled the team to introduce a single process to consolidate a myriad of former processes, delivering time-saving, control and a better donor experience.
