Following a change in leadership at Corpus Christi College, Oxford, we undertook a comprehensive financial reconciliation and review of gift processes in use in the Development Office to ensure there was accuracy and clarity for all philanthropic income.

We discussed financial processes across the college and undertook analysis and checking of the use of RE/NXT for fundraising and gift recording. EFC trained the team in a range of new processes to save time and improve consistency, providing documentation for all new processes.

We made a number of recommendations about record keeping and processing and delivered these for the team.
