The Development and Alumni Engagement Office at the University of Warwick migrated to Blackbaud CRM two years ago and needed assistance in building a new reporting and insight framework to complete the CRM implementation.
We worked closely with the Information Management team to specify, build and test dynamic Power BI reports to cover all areas of fundraising and engagement.
