During the Covid-19 pandemic, like many teams, the NTU Development team faced operations and logistical challenges that hampered its activity. EFC provided skills and resources to deliver the segmentation required for direct mail and email campaigns during the disruption.
When staff turned over as the pandemic ended, EFC provided staff training, mentoring and support to ensure the team could hit the ground running.
