We also work with philanthropy and research leadership to develop long-term strategies in support of wider fundraising goals.
Prospect research
We offer the production of short biographies and more extensive briefings and profiles in support of events and meetings to help develop fruitful long-term relationships with donors and supporters.
Prospect portfolio management
We can work with you to develop effective prospect management systems and fundraising KPIs. We also offer one-to-one portfolio review meetings with fundraisers to maximise opportunities identified through prospect research. This draws on analysis of data in your CRM, with a focus on boosting fundraising performance.
Due diligence
EFC has extensive expertise in performing due diligence for a wide range of clients, drawn from the private sector, charity and education sectors, including complex high profile cases. We also work with leadership to draft and put in place new or revised ethical fundraising and gift acceptance policies and associated operational processes.
Interim support
The collective has significant experience of leading research teams through major fundraising campaigns; we have worked collaboratively with philanthropy leadership teams and other key stakeholders across the fundraising and engagement teams to successfully deliver strategic aims.
We also have experience of completing interim head of team placements at leading Russell Group universities and major charities, as well as working as interim members of prospect research teams. We offer the full range of team management and support, including training and mentoring new and experienced researchers and fundraising teams.
We can also draw on this experience to conduct effective reviews of development services, operations teams and their internal processes.
