Project Details:
The University of Bath appointed a new Director of Development and a number of senior roles within the department of Development and Alumni Relations, including a Head of Development Services and a Head of Stewardship. EFC was approached by the Director of HR at Bath to carry out a series of exit interviews for departing staff, to review the departmental staff structure, identify any staff issues and provide a plan for change and improvement.
Our team met staff across the department, reviewed job roles, analysed the overall staff structure and provided a staff development plan, new job roles and support over time to implement the recommended changes. The plan and recommendations were fully embraced by the new Director of Development and throughout the transition period we helped the new team develop, bond and grow.

Implemented a staff development plan to improve team structure, identify issues and make positive changes.
