Student Minds, the UK's national student mental health charity, is a growing charity that has been developing its mental health awareness training and support services for students. Its fundraising team has grown too and had reached a point where it needed a system to help manage the complex charitable service delivery and the broad range of fundraising approaches.

Student Minds selected Beacon as the CRM to bring its disparate spreadsheets together and EFC was selected as its implementation partner to guide and support the project.

EFC worked with the team's digital lead to define requirements and design and configure the Beacon CRM to fit with the charity's needs. We helped Student Minds map out its business processes and rationalise its data to bring all aspects of work into a single system.
