The established team at Magdalen College School had an unexpected staff shortage at a busy time and required urgent assistance to complete all of their regular financial processes.

While undertaking the work, we reviewed the key processes to ensure that they were effective and, where change was required, we delivered new user guides, training and support to ensure the team were able to continue with the new, leaner processes after we completed our engagement.
