Project Details:

When a key team member left within weeks of the start of a fundraising campaign, EFC stepped in to undertake all financial processing for the school. This included daily processing and implementing a new direct debit process to deliver a better supporter experience, saving staff time.

When new staff members were recruited, we provided an induction and comprehensive training programme to ensure that all gift and financial management was being handled.
