CRM health check for RE/NXT
University College School
Project Details:
University College School has a small development team raising a healthy amount of philanthropic revenue every year but it has ambitions for growth.
We worked with the team and Andy Wood Consulting to review all elements of personal data, fundraising processes, supporter engagement, data management and reporting in RE/NXT and related systems. We discussed approaches with the team and reviewed its RE/NXT operating procedures and key data protection documents, such as the privacy notice.
We provided a written report of our extensive findings and conclusions with a set of recommendations to provide solutions to the issues identified. We categorised and prioritised our recommendations and included an assessment of how long each should take to fix and the effort involved, to create a coherent plan for improvement. As the UCS team is small, we undertook the majority of the recommendations and fixes for the team, providing them with clean data, new processes and a robust approach to future maintenance.
Client Outcomes:
Our review ensured there is good practices in place around data processing and information management. Compliance and risk is being managed effectively and fundraising is enabled and supported by the data and systems in use. The school is now set up for future success in fundraising and engagement.
